The front office staff (Jennifer) did a great job in gathering and communicating to me the details of insurance coverage, so I would know what was covered and what was not. She accommodated our family visits of 5 to make things easier on us. Dr. Lim did a great job in finding out issues with our teeth, and identifying areas of concern which had not been brought to our attention with other dentists. "Great local dentist. I found Dr Lim through yelp reviews. I had a broken tooth, new insurance and no dentist. Dr Lim and his staff are great. He gave me temporary fix on the broken tooth while Jennifer (office manager) figured out my insurance. Dr Lim is very thorough in asking questions and explaining. He put together a plan of action for my very problematic teeth. Jennifer was able to give an estimate of my cost and how my insurance works. They have a very new, clean and high tech office. I know going to the dentist is difficult but Dr Lim makes it easier. I have had cavities filled and replaced and am now getting a crown on that broken tooth.
